Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Before March 2014:

After May 2015:

But that's not a problem, is it?!
When I'm nearby, I look for his house and say: Karsten, it's me, Yvonne. Do you have a tea for me? But I only enter through the main entrance, like the mayor
I don't find that a problem either [emoji16]

What is a Mische? Sorry, I'm a Palatine Hessian, I don't know that [emoji12]

I think Karsten is drinking cola-rum.
A "Mische" for us is a mixed drink served in a whiskey glass: 2cm (0.8 inches) of rum, vodka, or whiskey topped up with cola or orange juice.
Pernod is still around...
Gin and tonic, etc., are long drinks.

In our area, a "Mische" is a mixed drink served in a whiskey glass: 20ml (0.7 fl oz) each of rum, vodka, and whiskey, topped up with cola or orange juice.
Pernod is also still available...
Gin and tonic and similar drinks are considered long drinks.

In the Palatinate region, that would be called a "10er Schoppe." About 2 finger-widths of rum or other spirit, then the rest of the 0.5-liter (17 fl oz) glass filled with cola [emoji23]

Back to the topic.
We don't have new pictures yet, but we have now received the detailed construction drawings. At least that's something [emoji4]

That is a double (in a 0.2-liter (7-ounce) glass).

Are those Ikea shelves?

Ikea kitchen.

I’m already tempted to use the mechanical ventilation ducts as exhaust pipes for soldering.

And of course, the purchased handles were not enough.

Kitchen with white cabinets, gray countertop, and L-shape; visible ventilation ducts on the ceiling.

Yes, anyone who can count beyond 10 has an advantage.
