Munger, it really looks like it's almost finished.
Eldea, I think the color is quite nice.
We now have sockets and controls for the underfloor heating. The wall connected to the ground is sealed, and the light well is installed.
Unfortunately, I can’t upload the pictures without Tapatalk :-(. It would be great if this problem could finally be fixed...

If our terrace at the back of the house is supposed to connect flush with the patio door, wouldn’t the window well have to be higher? Yes, it would have to be. That would mean installing a channel drain in front of the door. However, it seems that the plan assumes a 15cm (6 inch) step between the terrace and the door instead.

Dear friends of homebuilding,
Here are a few current photos.
After the plasterers finished the interior plastering on Friday, the installer began work on the ventilation system upstairs.

We used the day off on Saturday to paint the technical room before all the pipes are permanently installed and painting around everything becomes impossible. Here it is before starting work:

And here is the painted technical room:

Best regards and wishing everyone a pleasant Sunday

I think so too. It would then have a channel in front of the door. However, it seems that a 15cm (6 inches) step between the terrace and the door was expected instead. It was definitely agreed that a channel would be installed there.
Great. Once again, it was the boss’s son, who already messed up the height of our bedroom window sill.
We pointed it out by email, and I hope this will prevent any further delays.
He doesn’t even ask for clarification. I was at the house several times that day and politely asked him what was planned, and he just bluffed “sealing.” Maybe a bit more communication would have been more effective…

and he’s just bluffing about the "sealing" My German teacher would have said: "please speak in complete sentences!"
