The first type includes an exterior waterproofing layer, while the Plus version adds perimeter insulation. So, the dew point shouldn’t be an issue, in my opinion. From the latest photos, Eldea seems to use the latter construction method as well.

Regarding the wall construction: it's very simple—inside are the expanded clay blocks, followed by external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) and plaster. Just search for "Varioself" on Google... it's well explained there.
