Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

My shell construction is basically finished… but pictures will follow later.

We are waiting for the carpenters... this is how it is supposed to look eventually. There is currently a delay at the timber framing center :/
Multi-story shell construction with scaffolding, roof beams as load-bearing structure, construction fence and container.

Do you have a buyer for the second half, or will it be rented out?

This is a semi-detached house; each “half” will have its own roof. Ours is the right side.

Yes, that would be nice, wouldn’t it? The second half will be sold.
