Here’s an update from us:
Since the topping-out ceremony exactly 4 weeks ago, the following has happened:
Today, the plasterers are supposed to start inside. This will probably take until early next week, then I can install the ventilation system, and hopefully the heating specialists will start with the underfloor heating by mid-August (if they’re not on vacation then… *grumble*).

Here’s an update from us:
Since the topping-out ceremony exactly 4 weeks ago, the following has happened:
- The roof has been covered and the gutters installed
- Windows are in place (except for one basement window sash that the shell builder forgot to order. That works for me, since I don’t have to pay the fourth installment yet...)
- Waterproof membrane installed in the basement
- Front door frame with construction door is installed
- Sanitary installations are completed
- Partial wall constructions in the bathrooms are done
- Electrical, satellite, and LAN wiring are installed
- Satellite dish is mounted on the roof
- Scaffolding and crane have finally been removed
