Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

That’s quite unusual. Are you building in a former marshland area? It doesn’t really look like it in the picture.

Our groundwork is also finished for now (most of the soil still needs to be removed), and the strip foundations are in place.

Residential area: gravel base, pipes protruding from the ground, houses in the background.

Funny how, with us, the house sometimes looked too big, sometimes too small. What do you think when you stand on the site?

I believe every homeowner knows the “too big/too small” game! :lol:

I also have to say that it feels tiny. By forum standards, we are basically building a dollhouse. In the end, we will have "only" 125 sqm (1350 sq ft), but that should be more than enough for two people. Someone still has to clean the whole place anyway.
