Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

I find 165 m² (1776 sq ft) plus a basement ideal for two people. With children, the space needs to be significantly larger; I think 250 m² (2691 sq ft) is ideal. But I need my own space.

She is building in Rostock, which is in the north. She is from Fehmarn. We carry space within ourselves, in our souls, so smaller rooms don’t bother us as much. We can also get dressed outside of walk-in closets, and we can cook without an island, .....

Work is even being done on Saturday. The ground floor is almost finished; a few steel columns still need to be clad, the insulation is already in place, and the facing bricks will be delivered next week. Currently, the delivery date for the ceiling panels is still pending.
