Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

After May 2015:

The window front is nice... facing the street?
The long window on the right in the picture faces the neighboring property; on the street side, we have three floor-to-ceiling windows, and through at least one of them, there is an unobstructed wide view over the valley. You can see it a bit here in the picture.

Yes, it’s going very fast. Yesterday, there were 11 people on the construction site again—five masons and the rest scaffolders.

I see it’s different a few houses down the street. On Saturday, there was 1 excavator operator and 1 truck on site... Loading took about 10 minutes, then the truck was gone for 30 minutes, and this went on throughout the entire day. Hopefully, there’s a fixed price for the excavator.

Today, the excavator knocked over the foundation wall. Now the masons will have to come again.

Terrace almost finished

I just walked barefoot from the living room to the terrace door... That was unthinkable just a week ago.

The driveway is currently being layered with gravel and compacted – next week it will be paved.

Paved area in front of construction site; gravel pile on the right, street sign and field in the background.

How much does the driveway cost?
