Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Before March 2014:

After May 2015:

What is this going to be?
An existing slope has been spruced up. It borders the neighbor’s property, and we are planning to build a nice fire pit with a seating area there. The thyme is appreciated by insects, bees, and butterflies, as well as by me.
Oh, and we are also adding different ornamental alliums in between. I think I might have overordered a bit. There are over 200 pieces…..

No, unfortunately not.

@Tina mit K I already asked about this once before and someone else replied... your contractors have a strange approach when installing the screed. Sometimes the insulation strips are missing, which means if you're unlucky, you can hear every little noise from the kitchen in the bedroom. Now the drywall panels are up on the wall and you still can’t notice anything, but once the tiles are installed, oh boy.

@Tina mit K I asked this once before, but someone else answered at the time... that your tradespeople have an unusual method when laying the screed. Sometimes the insulation strips are missing, and if that happens, you can hear every little sound from the kitchen in the bedroom. Now the drywall is up on the wall, and you still don’t see anything—if tiles go in now, oh dear.

You might not notice it in the photos, but there are insulation strips everywhere (those blue ones about the thickness of a Pom-Bear snack). And we are only having tiles installed in the bathrooms.

Okay, sounds good! Keep it up.

I had replied back then and wrote the same thing Tina is saying now....
But maybe ask again, and someone completely different will respond...
