How boring the hallway is.
Wall cladding in the stairwell. They are only allowed to spoil it with glass steps, landings, and railings.
The small elevator for 2.5 floors—what’s that about? It could be bigger.

View from the basement/wellness and fitness area. There will be something later for splashing and relaxing by the window.
