It’s possible if the general contractor coordinates the trades properly and the homeowners make selections promptly.
Our general contractor told us at the start that he can build a turnkey house in about seven months—if the homeowners cooperate.

Carports are open – you can count the cars to see if Kevin is home alone. Valuable information for burglars, easily spotted while passing by. The police recommend: build with a gate. So, I still need to get a dummy car. I’ll ask my wife! I was planning to get a third car anyway.
