Which type of screed did you have installed, anhydrite or cement? It’s cement, with an accelerator. It hasn’t fully dried yet, but the indoor humidity is still 40%.
If everything goes according to plan, we’ll move in mid-May. The first excavator arrived on October 2nd.
So, a total of 13 months since we first visited the site.
