Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Before March 2014:

After May 2015:

Thanks, Karsten!
The site manager hardly reveals anything because she thinks that things rarely go off plan, so she prefers to say nothing [emoji23]. Usually, we only get approximate dates for the next 1-2 weeks.
And exactly, according to her, if there are delays, they are due to the utility providers.

Well then, I hope to be able to share pictures next week of the covered roof and the windows.

I have the impression that people who create these schedules often forget about summer holidays; vacation time can really mess things up. We experienced this too with our rental apartment that was completely renovated -.-

We’re done!
This morning, the landscaping contractor finished the work. On Monday, we’ll rent a rototiller and start preparing the ground for the lawn.
The only thing left is sealing the carport roof, but that’s already scheduled and will be done soon.
Tonight, we’ll celebrate properly at the fair.

Looks cool
Two questions: How do you manage drainage for the carport, and what is the total cost for this design?
