What do you mean? The window seals I have seen so far were black or gray. Because yours looks more yellowish, I was curious about what material was used for sealing here. Maybe my screen just distorts the color?!

Wintersonne30 Aug 2020 23:47I mean the area below the floor-to-ceiling windows / under the "window sill" (the future exit area). I’m not sure what the correct term is for it. The plastic part that the window rests on.
Wait, are you referring to the sliding door to the garden?
If so, the lower part beneath the windows has not been plastered yet. There is about 20cm (8 inches) missing up to the ground level. The bottom edge of the patio door will later be at garden level. A special base plaster will be applied there. But yes, it will be done in the same color as the facade.
Still assuming we are misunderstanding each other, we will not have a traditional gray base plaster.

The window is sealed below the base plaster, right? I was wondering how that was done because of the yellowish color (or is the yellow something else?).

The window will still be sealed under the base coat plaster; I was wondering how that was done because of the yellowish color (or is the yellow something else?).Phew, I can’t say for sure; I would need to ask our architect. The fact is, what you see there is the foundation slab.
Currently, there is about 15cm (6 inches) of insulation on top. On that is a "render mesh" (my term, I’m not sure what the technical name is), then a base coat plaster, and finally a special “waterproof” plaster, which hasn’t been applied yet.
Edit: Only now do I realize what you mean.
The coating directly below the sliding/patio door.
I will check and ask how that was done.
