I have one too. It cost $7,500 for a 6 by 3 meter (20 by 10 feet) garage with a side door and a swing door. 600 for the metal fascia, 800 for the foundation. 200 for electricity, including lighting. So your price seems reasonable. Only the foundation is a bit more expensive.
A tip: The Rekerskin exterior plaster tends to get dirty quickly. Paint it early with a silicone resin paint, and then you won’t have any issues.
