Nouns, company names, product names, professional titles, website URLs, email addresses, adjectives, or designations related to these may not be used as usernames or parts thereof. Usernames must not contain special characters. Usernames can be changed at any time without prior notice by us. For statements regarding posts that relate to the user’s own person, company, organization, or products, usernames may be registered only with an email address from the user’s own top-level domain. This must be notified in advance by email, including intended use of the account.
1.2) Choose a Descriptive Title
Please choose a meaningful title. Topics with titles containing parts such as "Question about...", "Need help for..." will be deleted. It is known to forum members that the thread creator has a question or needs help, so this does not need to be mentioned in the title.
1.3) Off-Topic / Added Value of Posts
Posts submitted to the forum must provide added value. They must be relevant and not off-topic or excessively deviating from the subject.

Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Only one username per internet connection (IP address) is allowed. If multiple persons use the same IP to log in, this must be reported in advance. Unregistered multiple accounts may be fully accessed and checked for abuse by Hausbau-Forum.de.

All statements, including posts, profile messages, comments, etc., must be truthful to the best of your knowledge and must not be misleading.

Please avoid generalized negative statements. Both negative and positive statements about persons, companies, products, or organizations must be specific. Negative incidents must be described very precisely. Upon request (see Forum Rule 6.1), you must provide recognized evidence to support your statement for us to publish your post online.

Please submit copies of legally valid documents such as contracts, invoices, or correspondence proving your business relationship with the company being reviewed. Your post may be deleted until these are provided.
7. Confidentiality

For requests from registered users to change or delete usernames, posts, or personal data, Hausbau-Forum.de may charge a flat fee of 100.00 Euros for processing. For extensive work, especially deleting posts and adjusting related content by third parties, significantly higher flat fees may apply. Fees must be paid in advance. Receipts/invoices are sent as PDF files by email upon payment.
