Today, here are 2 pictures from us. One shows the design, and the other how it finally looks on site. Almost identical, but I find the color scheme more appealing in the actual build than in the design.

If anyone wants to see more pictures, just let me know. I can create a separate thread with all the information and photos. Well, I’m not going to say no to that.

Hello everyone!
To keep the thread more on topic, here are two pictures from us today.
One is the design, and the other shows how it looks now.

Really well done! Nice house.
I would only be bothered by the downpipe from the gutter at the terrace.
Was it probably not considered in the design?
(It’s quite common that these downpipes aren’t really “planned,” and you only see their outlet point in the underground pipe at the ground.)

What would bother me is just the downspout of the gutter on the terrace. You have to accept some compromises. How would you have solved it if you want the roof overhang here but not in front of the adjacent window?
To me, it looks unavoidable and professionally done.

What is that supposed to cost? On one side 0.5 less, on the other 0.5 more, and it balances out.
And in new construction it’s completely normal to specify the heights of the floor coverings so that this doesn’t happen.Screed is really cheap. And target heights are specified anyway. This could definitely have been regulated.
The edge still looks new for now, but that won’t last long.

To me, it looks unavoidable and professionally done.We will install a different arch so it won’t be as deep. We only noticed this after the terrace was laid out. And we simply wanted a roof (overhang) without posts!
