I would only be bothered by the downpipe from the gutter at the terrace.
Was it probably not considered in the design?
(It’s quite common that these downpipes aren’t really “planned,” and you only see their outlet point in the underground pipe at the ground.)

To me, it looks unavoidable and professionally done.

And in new construction it’s completely normal to specify the heights of the floor coverings so that this doesn’t happen.Screed is really cheap. And target heights are specified anyway. This could definitely have been regulated.
The edge still looks new for now, but that won’t last long.

To me, it looks unavoidable and professionally done.We will install a different arch so it won’t be as deep. We only noticed this after the terrace was laid out. And we simply wanted a roof (overhang) without posts!
