Yes, he didn’t understand the question, and I wasn’t sure how to phrase it more precisely. However, he knows that an electrical inspector specializing in this area will officially approve everything. So he must be aware that everything has to be done properly and according to standards.

It’s surprising that an electrician can’t understand that certain cables must be installed in empty conduits according to the DIN standard—as far as I understand from the norm quoted earlier in the thread.

Changing this afterward also has disadvantages for you: it causes delays in construction.
He will have to do double the work.

Which specific cables does he need to install in conduit? Then I can tell him tomorrow to do that.
