This goes against the common opinion in the forum that a house always has to cost significantly more!! It really depends a lot on where you build! We already paid over 200,000 euros for our plot, and that was considered cheap, plus we were lucky.

The plasterers finished for now as of today. There are a few minor damaged spots, and I also checked if everything is level.
One thing I can say is that the walls are really smooth.Your vapor barrier looks quite stretched. Is there enough room for thermal expansion and contraction? Otherwise, it might detach from the walls where it’s embedded in the plaster.
