How deep did it dig in, and who covered the costs?
I guess each layer was around 10,000 euros. Or?

we are planning to have one side with tall cabinets and the other side with dressers, but I’m still wondering if the space between should be 100-110-120 cm (39-43-47 inches)Our walk-in closet has interior dimensions of 2.80 by 3.30 m (9.2 by 10.8 ft). On the 3.30 m (10.8 ft) sides there is a large, deep Pax wardrobe on each side. The space in between is comfortable. I don’t want it any less.

Wow. But I wouldn’t want to live in that white house—you could practically spit on its roof all the time Haha. That’s true. I was standing on the terrace yesterday and my wife said, “Look, the neighbors have gray tiles in their bathroom :-p.” Yeah, exactly, no frosted glass! I’m drinking my coffee on the terrace and the neighbor is showering. I don’t think they’ve quite realized that yet.

I guess each row costs around 10,000 euros. Right? How did you figure out my neighbor’s house is a prefab? :-p He actually dug in 1.6 meters (5.25 feet) and cleared my view.
Yeah, the final invoice from the shell builder is probably due at the end of March because they still need to install the curb stones along the paths and the carport up to the street, plus the stairs to the garden.
The lower row belongs to the neighbor since it’s dug in, and I have the one above.
Including site grading, it should be around €32,000 (about 34,000 USD). I’m not sure about the exact amount, just a rough estimate rounded to the nearest thousand.
