How can you like this?
I want to see the bed in the bedroom that is only 2.2 m (7 ft 3 in) wide.
The bathroom is 2.56 m (8 ft 5 in) wide minus the shower wall and bathtub – how wide is the passage?
Then the entrance: where do you put clothes? There isn’t even room for a shoe rack.
Huge house but some things don’t add up.2.20 m (7 ft 3 in) is the width of the walk-in closet, not the bedroom (2.75 m [9 ft]). A 0.75 m (30 in) passage behind the bed is completely sufficient. I pass through there exactly twice a day.
As I mentioned, the bathroom layout is no longer up to date. Due to the width, we abandoned the T-shape. A 2.56 m (8 ft 5 in) bathroom with a bathtub and vanity is more than enough, as you can also see in the pictures.
Regarding the entrance: the sliding door shown isn’t actually there. Therefore, I have plenty of space on both sides to place cabinets. In the utility room, there is also enough room on both sides of the door.
But yes, fundamentally we did or had some concerns about certain aspects and would plan those differently next time.

The only issue I have is, in my opinion, the windows in the bedroom are too small, and adding one more on the lower side of the plan would be nice. Similar situation in the children's rooms.

j.bautsch27 Feb 2019 12:31I also think the floor plan isn’t bad and there is enough space in the hallway to accommodate a wardrobe.
I would do a few things differently, of course, but it’s not my house.
I think the bed fits well, and we don’t plan for more than 70cm (28 inches) of space at the foot end, which is what we have now and it’s not a problem at all.
Jucre45 already mentioned that the bathroom is different from what is shown in the floor plan.
Why would I need a large window in the bedroom? In ours, the curtains are drawn about 360/365 days a year because we only use the room for sleeping and watching TV, and light is usually not helpful for either activity.

j.bautsch27 Feb 2019 12:34Oh, and @jucre45, can we see the walk-in closet once it’s finished? I keep wondering what width is wide enough and at what point it becomes too wide. We are planning to have high cabinets on one side and dressers on the other, but I’m still unsure whether to plan for a space of 100–110–120 cm (39–43–47 inches) between them.
