but what’s wrong with the door to the garage?Without it, you would definitely have more space for a large wardrobe or other important items, while the practical use of this door is minimal since your front door is nearby anyway.
It doesn’t rain as often as you might think.
And in no more than a year, the door will likely be blocked and unusable. If it’s usable at all now, imagine parking your car and then trying to carry large shopping bags through this door into what is probably a narrow hallway.

We have basically just finished How did the garden become so beautifully blossoming, when you couldn’t see anything like that in the photo from the topping-out ceremony?

We built in an older vacant lot, and the garden had been maintained by the neighbors (relatives of the previous owner). In the photo from the topping-out ceremony, everything was just cut back very severely because the picture was taken in December/January.

If it is even usable now when you park and then want to bring groceries through that door and likely end up in a narrow corridor. That’s all true to some extent, but since I come from a family that never parked a car in the garage, it serves more as our alternative cellar. I have never known it any other way. Apart from bikes and my motorcycle, nothing drivable will probably ever go in there. Oh, and the door leads to the utility room.
Best regards

RegardsThat should be noted somewhere again.
