Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Here's something new from us again. After successfully installing the basement ceiling on January 30th, the hardworking masons are currently on site every day building up the ground floor. On February 14th, the next ceiling will be installed, followed by the roof, which I’m personally most excited about. The dimensions of our house project are gradually taking shape.

Regarding terrazzo, genuine flooring cost almost €300 per square meter (about $320 per square yard), while the Roca tiles were €32 (about $34) without installation. We love these tiles because you can’t see every little crumb on the floor.

Good reason with the invisible crumbs.
At that sky-high price, genuine terrazzo flooring is definitely out, haha.
The tiles, on the other hand, are in a good price range. I’m not familiar with Roca. Where were you able to order the tiles? Are they fully colored through?

What do you mean by fully colored? We visited monafliesa in Oberhausen; the tiles are available in 6 variations.

In fully colored tiles, chips are less noticeable because the tile has the same color throughout its thickness (fully colored) compared to non-fully colored or typically coated tiles.

But since these tiles are probably made of concrete, I think it’s fair to call them fully colored, right?

Thank you.

I really like these tiles as well, and I’m currently looking for a suitable one. What are the exact names of the tile and the color shade?
