Which specific value do you think the energy consultant miscalculated?

I know all the U-values of the individual building components, so the heat transfer coefficient (Ht) is correct. The primary energy indicator is also accurate. I know what technology I have installed.

Whether the actual energy demand will match the estimate, I cannot judge. I will see that in time. The photovoltaic system will offset a lot, as will the controlled mechanical ventilation with ground heat exchanger (if passive ventilation is applied consistently).

On a classifieds site like Ebay Kleinanzeigen, there is apparently a part-time reclaimed wood dealer near Aachen (in Belgium) named Kris Wood. We took this piece experimentally on one of our “exploration trips.” It is oak wood. I sanded it and treated it with a brass brush to highlight the texture more clearly, then applied a glaze finish, followed by cutting and fitting it.

How did you plan the mirror? I would design it using the same wood, chisel out the center, and inset the glass.

Oh, so you have a photovoltaic system, that explains the "nonsensical" final energy demand.
I still consider an HT with 36.5 (1.14 ft) adventurous, even if it were a T7.
Forgot the thermal bridge? Forgot the windows? ... but it doesn’t really matter anyway.

The mirror will be frameless and very simple. The room is quite small, measuring 1.24 x 1.44 meters (4.1 x 4.7 feet). The mirror is intended to visually enlarge the space slightly. The ceiling lighting will be a backlit stretch ceiling with an image – this creatively opens up the room upwards. Pictures will follow once everything is completed.
