Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

After May 2015:

we are leaning towards white three-layer panels.

I can neither support nor oppose that: "three-layer panel" doesn't give me a clear idea of the texture, and in your recent pictures, I only saw bare porous bricks, so the façade and roofing remain unknown to me.

In principle, it is important to me that the building looks designed rather than just covered. The façade, window frames, roofing, and cornices are four elements that, in my opinion, should share only three coordinated colors. However, in individual cases, this does not necessarily have to be the (only) "correct" solution.

First, I temporarily fixed the sunshade, now it’s just pouring down...
Today is not looking good anymore.

I’ll have to reseed the freshly sown lawn as well. It’s literally washing away right now.

I only seeded the lawn in front of the patio 4 weeks ago. You could almost play soccer on it already.

this won’t work out today anymore...

Could you please show me a picture of the patio from directly in front of it? We would also like to cover part of the patio.

Today, the reveals were started and a first coat was applied to the initial plaster. However, I’m not sure what the purpose of this coat is. [emoji848]

I don’t have a better one right now. To the right and in front of the conservatory, there’s about 1.2m (4 feet), between the pergola and conservatory about 3.4m (11 feet). Overall dimensions including the pergola: approximately 13 x 5.2m (43 x 17 feet).

PS: The 3D rendering shows it nicely from above.

Photos from today. On Monday, the inspector will come for the intermediate inspection of the shell construction.

Is it common for bitumen sheets to be installed before such an intermediate inspection, as seen here? I mentioned to the site manager that I was curious whether the unevenness in the concrete floor slab was within the specified tolerances, and suddenly, just one day later, the bitumen sheet was applied on top... or is that just a coincidence?
