Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

It looks similar on our side.
Underfloor heating: Heating pipes spiral-shaped on the floor, wall connection visible.
Subfloor heating: Loops of white pipes on insulation board next to window.
Subfloor heating: Loops of plastic pipes on insulation mat, blue piping at the edge.

Quick question for those with finished interior plaster: How do you ventilate? Morning and evening? And in between, do you keep the windows slightly open or closed?

No, always on tilt, and open the casement windows fully as often as possible. The more air circulation in the house, the better.
And if corners dry poorly, lightly sand them. That will speed up the process.
