It is an open living/dining area and kitchen with about 50sqm (540 sq ft), but there is a transition to parquet flooring in the living room. However, the tiles look really good even in the smaller rooms.

What are the dimensions of the room?

And how wide/long is the room?
We have 4m (13 feet) by 10.6m (35 feet), and then 3.7m (12 feet) by 4.5m (15 feet) as an open kitchen/living room area.
Just wanted to compare how wide your room is.
I'm unsure if 80x80 might be too large for the room width.

To bring a bit of life back here... last time I spoke was about the roof covering.
Pictures of the finished rough-in plumbing and nearly finished rough-in electrical work are not very exciting to show.
In the meantime, we have built the wooden beam ceiling of the garage, with two pictures attached. The windows were installed this week, and I have three pictures of that. In total, there are twelve units, although the basement window (on a slope) and the one in the stairwell above the garage are not visible in the photos.
The plasterer is already lined up, and by the end of next week, the interior should look quite different.
