Even here, the roller shutters are not closed like that. It is not necessary for shading either.
Maybe just for the photo.

On the other hand, you can sleep well here. It stays dark until the inner eyelid check is complete.

Damn, we’re old-fashioned: we can only fight back with shutters. But they’ve been stored unplaned in the attic for decades, and reinstalling them is uncertain.
