Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Before March 2014:

After May 2015:

Axel's house is really nice... you could already tell from the foundation slab... :P

Well, then I’m happy to show it again. By the way, it was poured on November 9, 2017. A lot has happened since then.

Best regards

Axel

Freshly poured concrete slab in an excavation with wooden formwork and ladder, houses in the background.

Hello Zaba12,

In the picture in the post, you can see two fixed windows, each 263.5 cm (104 inches) wide. We also have the same setup as lift-and-slide doors, twice on the west side, also 263.5 cm (104 inches) wide. The next picture shows the corresponding window on the right. Just around the corner to the right is the second one, which is not visible here.

Best regards

Axel

Thanks for the quick information. We are planning to arrange the front identically (1x fixed window 3 m (10 ft) & 1x 3 m (10 ft) lift-and-slide door). I/we never really imagined how it would look. I am in love. What an amazing highlight.

Isn't the overhead shower a bit low, or is it just the picture?

It’s just the angle; I’m 1.86 meters (6 ft 1 in) tall and there is still room above me. The partition wall on the right is just under 2.00 meters (6 ft 7 in) high.

I’m relieved
(due to the shower with hose)

As you can see in the picture, is it actually common or possible to place the exhaust vent in the shower? In the factory plan for our secondary bathroom, it is also marked like this, and I was surprised. When I shower, it gets quite wet.
