Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Before March 2014:

After May 2015:

I like color. We usually only have white, anthracite, gray, etc., but a completely green front door! I finally managed to get my way on that.

Overall, we have three tile colors and the stone. We deliberately wanted to make the shower stand out with color and think that the dark shade combined with the rain shower looks elegant. But luckily, everyone’s taste is truly different.

We intentionally placed the bathtub close to the wall, both to have space between the vanity and the tub, and to keep the wall-mounted spout and control lever nearby. The important thing is that you like it yourself.

What kind of green: British racing green, frog green, grass green, kiwi, ... ?

I have to correct you here. A T8 has better thermal properties. If you choose a “heavy” Poroton block, that would be a T18 17.5cm (7 inches). This one has the better sound insulation values.

Dear friends of housebuilding,

Today, we were able to step onto our new screed for the first time.

We are very happy!

New build interior with large windows, unplastered walls, concrete floor, construction phase

Best regards

… and then the new heat pump was also delivered around midday …

New house in shell construction with large window fronts; in front, piles of earth and building materials.
