Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

There has been no change to the ceiling height compared to before. I opened it up and cleared everything out where I needed space, then installed everything flush with the drywall.
In the basement, I have a finished height of 2.58 meters (8 feet 6 inches).

Hats off to the craftsmanship, bortel. It wouldn’t be my choice, at least not for the living areas. In the hallway or the office – more likely there.

But tastes are known to differ, and as I said, the craftsmanship is really impressive!

No problem if you don’t like it. That’s actually a good thing; otherwise, everyone would have the same.

Earlier, I felt a tingling sensation in my pants when I got to enjoy it with wallpaper.

I like your illuminated holes in the ceiling. Indirect lighting is always pleasant, ... and circles were "perfect".
It may be a bit exaggerated, but I find it comfortably perfect 🙂
