It is a bit lower than the street level.
But everything is within the scope; according to the soil report, we need to replace 30 cm (12 inches) of soil—which is clearly specified in the construction scope—and then add about 30 cm (12 inches) of backfill.
In the end, the additional backfill now costs nearly 1200 euros.

This is a bit off-topic, but could you please tell me again how many square meters of house you have built cheaply for how little money? @Nordlys+winnetou78 You got me curious. However, I couldn’t find anything about this on the previous pages.

Nothing cheap, inexpensive, or fair.

112 sqm (1,205 sq ft) angled bungalow, with a covered terrace measuring 2.80 by 5.00 m (9.2 by 16.4 ft),

169,500 euros, house price only, excluding flooring, painting, and any additional costs.

Flooring, painting, and rainwater drainage will be done as self-performed work.

110 sqm (1,184 sq ft) house: 163,000 including wastewater connections, but excluding garage, painting, and flooring except tiles.
68 sqm (732 sq ft) plot, 7,000 utilities, 7,000 additional earthworks. 3,000 layout plans. About 15,000 garden. 1,000 surveyor, 800 building permit / planning permission. 7,000 garage.

272,000 all inclusive.
