Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Before March 2014:

After May 2015:

As I have mentioned before, the price is rather high for my area, even if no one believes it.
The base price for the 112 sqm (1,206 sq ft) would be 139,000.
The additional 30,000 includes extras such as electric aluminum roller shutters, geothermal heating, glazed clay roof tiles, dry attic trusses, floor-level shower, underfloor heating, a different front door, trickle vents in the window frames, and a few other things.

How does it look? Can we get back to the topic?

The underfloor heating is installed, and the screed is scheduled to be poured this week (I'm curious, since no one has come yet, but I was told it will be done in two days). The second layer of exterior plaster is currently being applied.

Two-story house under construction with scaffolding, windows covered with film, and a concrete wall in the foreground.

Construction room with laid underfloor heating pipes in front of large glass windows.

Underfloor heating: Spiral-arranged pipes on insulation boards, central connections visible.

Shell construction with subfloor heating pipe system: Pipes arranged in spirals on insulation boards, window fronts visible.

Plot still without a house

But the neighboring plots already have visually matching houses, which is nice.

Oh, is the garage now in front of the niches for the devotional images, or were they on the opposite side?

Yes, in that corner there are also the only 5 bungalows in the development area, the rest are one-and-a-half-story houses.

It’s interesting that the screed is applied before the plaster.

Oh, is the garage now located in front of the sacred image niches, or were those on the opposite side?

Yes, exactly, on that side

That’s because we are having the baseboards installed flush with the plaster, and the architect said it would be better this way.
