Hello
Due to an unfavorable situation with a green space, we only have a 4m (13 feet) wide driveway to the garage on the east side of the house. The rest of the house would fit perfectly with this arrangement. If we place the house on the west side, we would have enough driveway width, but unfortunately the house would have to be redesigned.
Now we are considering what to do.
Is a 4m (13 feet) wide driveway enough for access to the garage?
Thank you for your opinions.

I will try to draw it again tomorrow Also include the immediately adjacent situation outside the property! (So far, I haven’t understood the problem. A width of 4 m (13 feet) is more than the garage itself offers, so it should be absolutely sufficient as an access driveway.

I don’t understand the problem. The width is fine.

Doc.Schnaggls13 Jan 2016 14:42Hello,
I also believe that a width of 4 m (13 feet) is absolutely sufficient.
Where it might get tight, depending on the vehicle model, is when the doors on both sides are fully opened – especially with coupes that have longer doors, you can quickly reach your limits...

Dirk
