Why, how much does something like that usually cost? In our case, they mentioned an additional cost of several hundred euros per door. I don’t remember the exact amount. Considering the number of doors in the house, it was too expensive for us.

I thought I’d share a picture showing how roof styles in my country differ from those in Germany. The photo comes from a property research institute that just released the latest data on the real estate market. Our housing bubble burst in 2015, and prices have been declining ever since.

is this what the municipality wants? Like DDR panel housing but only on 2 floors, no one dares to choose a different house color
just for comparison with the picture I posted earlier I’m not sure if the municipality actually wants it this way. In most areas, there is usually some flexibility. However, I also can’t imagine the homeowners want it this way either. In this context, I find the question of “who is to blame” quite interesting.
I have only seen a relatively strict zoning plan aimed at preserving the uniqueness of the village (the most beautiful village in Saxony, although I don’t remember the year). Even there, in the new development area, the houses vary quite a bit in color and style.

The rest is for symmetry. You don’t like these power strips with three, five, or eight outlets?
They are definitely cheaper (and save time if you’re installing them yourself).
