I'll start right away.

Yesterday, the front door was installed and the exterior stairs were started.

Construction site: Concrete stairs leading to a residential building, surrounded by rubble and building materials.

Modern dark gray door with a long vertical handle next to a glass window, exterior construction status.

Interior hallway in shell condition with a black door and vertical glass window; cables on the floor.

Today, my wife started painting the garden shed.

Dark wooden shed with a central window, light-colored wall sections, and a white tiled roof.

Yes, very friendly.

Anthracite gray is rather dark, though.

Nowadays, everything seems to have to be anthracite.
It's a pity, especially since wood could have broken through this dullness in today’s new housing developments.

That's true. We also have anthracite. It definitely looks stylish, but unfortunately, every new house looks like that these days – and it's not unrealistic to think in 20 years, "What were they thinking back then?"

A dark green, light gray, red, or even wood finish (since I wouldn’t choose pure wood windows) would also have been nice.
