I would estimate about 3.5m (11.5 feet). Are your bedroom windows located directly in front of the neighbors’ upstairs terrace? Your neighbor on the left upstairs will also have some challenges without a basement on this slope.

Good estimate. It’s just over 3.5m (11.5 feet).

The distance to the rear is deceptive, by the way. We have 4m (13 feet) just behind the house. The distance to the neighbor’s terrace is definitely around 10m (33 feet). At the back of our house there are only the bathroom, staircase, storage room, and a child’s bedroom window. The bedroom is on the south side (right corner window in the photo).

Both the hedge and the fence are 1 meter (3 feet) high each. We have no issues with privacy. Nobody can see in from below.

Nice house! It wouldn’t fit in with the rest of my village, but it’s perfect for your new development area!
