Construction started a few weeks ago, and now the ground floor has been built.

benediktr15 Nov 2020 13:16Our scaffolding was dismantled this week, the roofing work is complete, and the windows will be delivered next week. I am currently working on the HVAC installation before starting the electrical rough-in on the ground floor and upper floor. Luckily, the electrical work in the basement is already finished.

You almost have to wonder why it was ever put up in the first place. Probably separate contracts – in that case, the roofer doesn’t rent the scaffolding for the plasterer.
