Exactly. Our general contractor decided to take the risk ("I’ve been doing this for 20 years," etc.) – but we also live a bit on a lucky island here. You can even leave your car windows open at night without anything happening... so far everything’s still there, and I hope it stays that way until next week. Oh, you have such an island too?
It’s the same for us.
Sometimes I feel like we are living on another planet.
There aren’t many problems.

It’s like that here, too.
Sometimes I feel like we’re living on a different planet.
There are not many problems. We’ve also left the front door key in the lock outside overnight once. Nothing happened. Even though this is a fairly “welcoming” area—nothing much going on at night and you can get on the highway toward the Czech Republic very quickly. Because of that, I’m always surprised that the homeowner or the contractors leave the shell structure with the roof and windows in place, but without the door installed, wide open. Copper pipes have also been left clearly visible inside the house for days without anything disappearing. That was more luck than good planning.

What’s stuck between the roofs?A dormer. The architect also noticed that otherwise you might hit your head at the staircase exit to the attic (if you are 2 meters (6 feet 7 inches) tall). I would definitely prefer it without the dormer, but oh well...Zaba12 schrieb:
