Look forward to being able to walk through your house without getting your feet wet. The effect on the upper floor is completely different.
What are the external dimensions of your house? It looks very narrow... but that can be deceiving. Our house is only 7.6m (25 feet) wide as well, but it rarely seemed that narrow. It was always framed by trees and the neighbor’s house.

It was always framed by trees and the neighbor’s house. Our house measures 6.84 x 10m (22.5 x 33 feet). That’s the maximum allowed by the floor area ratio.
So, with more than 2.5 floors, it’s certainly around 120m² (1300 sq ft), right? Will there be another house (semi-detached) next to the side exterior wall? Or why are there no windows there?
Edit: Just found your thread... no need to explain further...
For us, the building envelope with 12.6m x 7.6m (41 ft x 25 ft) was the limiting factor...
