That may be so.
But it can be taken into account during the planning stage.
These units can be easily planned behind doors on interior walls.
There can’t be anything placed behind doors anyway – so why take up additional space elsewhere with a box like that?
I don’t understand.
(With all other things/plans, space for furniture/clearances is considered, but suddenly it doesn’t matter here? Strange)

(For all other things/plans, people pay attention to available space/walkways, but suddenly that doesn’t seem to matter? Strange)In our case, the unit was originally planned to be on the side where the door is (but not directly behind the door, more to the right). However, we decided to relocate it because we want the ironing board to be next to the door. No one informed us that it was possible to install the heating control valve (HKV) flush-mounted, and the idea never even occurred to me.
In our cloakroom, it might have made sense; now the HKV basically has to be planned inside a cabinet. Although there is a sand-lime brick wall there, where it might theoretically have been possible to place it (although that probably wouldn’t help much anyway, since there still needs to be access).

He said the roofing work urgently needs to be finished. This was initially delayed because the scaffolding is still in place. And if something falls during the dismantling of the scaffolding, all the work will be wasted. But now they have no other choice. Yesterday, the roofer applied a layer of cement or something similar to the base corner where the garage roof meets the house wall, but it was already cracked horizontally from front to back today. We now assume that the water intrusion occurred solely due to the unfinished garage roof and the incomplete garage roof drainage.
.Concrete is not waterproof. On our garage walls, water ran down in places like a stream.
This is what our temporary waterproofing between house and garage looked like.
We also had to apply pressure.

In the upper floor, our in-wall unit is installed in the bathroom at a spot that works really well for us. The distributor for the basement and ground floor is in the cellar. Why do you have three? We only have one on the upper floor, which also serves the basement and ground floor. I don’t understand the purpose of having three.
