If they can’t reliably keep routine tasks in mind and focus on completing them, they should just make a checklist and follow it. It’s really shocking what customers have to put up with.In our case, the municipal water connection was leaking. You just want to bang your head against the wall. Luckily, we noticed it early enough. At that point, the room was only half flooded, not completely.
