Yes, you are mistaken. No one builds in Germany without structural engineering.

I meant that the architect should also be allowed to calculate the structural stability verification and that no additional structural engineer is necessary for this.

Structural stability certificate = structural analysis.
Architects cannot do the calculations.

Guys, a quick tip: take a look at the proportions of the 20 x 30 cm (8 x 12 inches) paving stone compared to the foundation slab. This should lead to an aha moment.
