Does it need to be watered or does it require a room with high humidity?
Price-wise? No, just water it normally with a watering can. 10 liters per day (2.6 gallons) are more than enough.

Wow, the view is amazing, Mellina's too. Where do you find plots like that?
And the bathtub is beautiful! How do you manage the moisture?
We are building with a central ventilation system, and I’m considering putting a regular dresser in the bathroom (not a special moisture-resistant cabinet). I've been discussing this with a friend, who thinks the furniture might get damaged because of the moisture. I rely on my ventilation system but don’t have practical experience yet.
Having a bathtub in the bedroom is a different challenge regarding moisture—how is that handled? We had two office furniture pieces in about 10sqm (108 sq ft) of bathroom space for years… without a mechanical ventilation system… nothing happened… despite constant baths and spa-like showers…

The typical worrywart always fears something, and when it actually happens, the response is: "See... I told you so."
If you build and use something like that, you are obviously aware that you need to keep an eye on moisture. The bathroom is just as humid during bathing/showering. That generally doesn’t affect the tiles, but it can affect the contents of the drawers, the cleaning products, the silicone sealant, the grout, etc.
I often hear it when I say I would happily have a wooden floor in the bathroom again. Oh dear ... then the complaints start.
But I’ve had it before, and even children don’t turn a bathroom into a swimming pool. An oiled or lacquered wooden floor won’t be damaged at all if water gets on it. If water stays there permanently, yes, but you usually dry the tiles after bathing ... at least, I instruct my staff to do so.
Beautiful things require courage; without courage, there is often less beauty.
I once had an acquaintance who explained the sofa’s color—ugly in my opinion—by saying his kids sometimes made sauce stains with spaghetti.
Wow—that’s certainly a convincing argument.

Very nice, I really like moss art (we have one above our staircase).
If only it weren’t so expensive... I would have done more with it. I don’t write much here lately due to time constraints... but is it really that expensive? In simpler forms, I sometimes use it in exhibition stand construction (not at the moment, of course), and the price is absolutely reasonable for decoration.
