really nice plot ... and flat too....
how big is it?Hi Tumaa,
the plot is a total of 701 sqm (7,544 sq ft), including a green strip of 146 sqm (1,571 sq ft).
In Schleswig-Holstein, most plots are flat. At the same time, we are about 1.5 m (5 ft) above the lowest point of the development area. This was very important to me because of the clay soil. I didn’t want to have a pond on my plot after heavy rain.

The slope is hard to see in the pictures, how steep is it?
Actually a nice plot, but the green walls on the left and right would bother me a bit The slope you noticed is so slight that I didn’t even notice it myself, maybe around 2-3%?The green walls are going to be planted with greenery.

The green walls will have vegetation installed. I also notice a slope there... how much, no idea.
Has the plot not been surveyed yet? Do you have elevation points for the corners of the property?
It’s not a big issue, but it does look like there is a bit of a slope.
It depends on where you want to position your house, the garage or carport, and how you would like your garden arranged. However, even a 3% slope can lead to significant additional costs if you want everything to be level—garden, terrace, garage, etc.
A 3% slope over 30m (98 feet) means a height difference of 0.9m (35 inches).

beautiful and ugly ... how many different opinions there are
One reason for the boring houses is – in my opinion – that judgments can be so harsh.
People dare to try something, build "something different" ... and get reprimanded or are met with ridicule.
Although I don’t like many of the examples, I think it’s great that they exist!
I much prefer “unconventional creativity” to timidity.
