I’m following the construction schedule. The interior plaster is applied and almost dry, the electrician has installed the boxes, rough-in plumbing is done. The screed drying will be finished by the end of this week. The drywall installer will fill the joints this week. After a week of painting, the tiler will come in; their work will overlap a bit. The painters will also be busy for a while, filling ceiling joints, then applying and sanding skim coat on ceilings and walls, followed by installing fleece everywhere, and then the final coat of paint. I can’t wait for it to look a bit more “finished”... and I’m really looking forward to the exterior plaster as well. I think I’m just too impatient. Our painter also estimated 3-4 weeks and will definitely have some preparatory work to do at the start; it should work out. (I last saw the construction schedule from the general contractor in December; the handover was just last week… :rolleyes

(The building acceptance protocol I last saw from the general contractor was in December, and the handover was just last week… :rolleyes I wouldn’t exactly call myself relaxed either. I’ve been postponing the painter since October. Crazy.
But just last week, we received what the general contractor called the “final” construction schedule, which everything is supposed to follow now. We’re also contracting the painter, flooring, and interior doors ourselves, and so far those trades are going quite well. I just hope the final push will succeed now. The apartment is definitely vacated by the end of April!
