We signed the contract at the beginning of the year. The construction was actually supposed to start earlier, but the architect was unavailable for a few weeks and there were a few minor issues, so it ended up starting in September. 🙂
However, we are in an area with a zoning plan and a simplified approval process. This makes things move quite fast.

I just told myself that eventually I have to learn patience, and it seems that eventually is now.
