Small test painting area on your house ….

We have included two to three paint samples. We were fairly certain about RAL 9016 since the interior doors and the pergola are also in this color. However, our site manager insisted on multiple samples because, as @hanse987 mentioned, shades can appear differently. We understand that. Still, I’m not sure what other specifications we should provide. 9010 is noticeably more yellow and thus basically off the table.

What do you think?

Living in a neighborhood with white plaster facades, I believe that using a very bright white should be avoided. It causes glare and, like all paints, gets dirty over time, but in this area, it stands out excessively. Therefore, I do not recommend it.

We had the same issue and had the exterior completely repainted after 10 years. It was already quite dirty. However, we also live in a rural area next to fields.
