Regarding the design: it’s not exactly my taste, but the floor plan seems to work well and is well thought out.
The only thing I would check is the lighting in the upper hallway.
The utility room works with the partition wall 🙂 There is enough space for a coat rack, and the rooms are generously sized.
Why do people always design the staircase right in front of the main entrance, where the traffic hub is located (bare feet going up and down, tracking in street dirt that inevitably accumulates)?

A skylight is planned in the upstairs hallway, which unfortunately can only be seen in the elevation view.
The staircase is deliberately located near the entrance because we might want to use the upper floor as a separate apartment in the future. But I understand what you mean...
