Still very much a construction site, no lights yet (just a floor lamp), no sanitary facilities (but the porta potty is still outside 🤨). Hopefully I’ll have electricity tomorrow if all goes well, and a finished bathroom next week. Until then, I have to wash and shower at the office. On the plus side, I’m always the first one at the site now 😀 Cool 🙂 sounds adventurous and a bit like camping. It’s something different and you can enjoy it.

I guess this doesn’t really deserve its own thread (?). We had initially considered it as well, but now we probably won’t go ahead with it. It’s something from older times (farmhouses with shutters) and gives the house a kind of "older charm." If it fits the local style, then I actually find casings and shutters quite attractive. However, they rarely suit a new housing development.
